I’m writing on my blog from my computer! I haven’t done that in over a month! This is big news!
I’m also on the elliptical! I’ve missed writing blogs on the elliptical!
What did I do to fix it? Absolutely nothing. I have no idea why it wasn’t working before and I have less idea why it is working now. I’m just going to embrace that it’s working for the time being!
On thing I hope to figure out now that I’m back on my browser, is why I have been required to manually turn on comments for every post. I just went into setting and it seems I should NOT have to be doing that. Hmmm. Not all the problems are solved. Shocking…
Still, I’ll take what I can get!
There is a lot going on right now. I’m definitely starting to hit a wall. But! I feel like I am, overall, handling the stress relatively well. I’m doing WAY better than I was at this time last year. Of course this time last year I was getting ready to test for my red belt! How did I survive that and finishing the yearbook? I truly do not know.
One thing that I think is helping is getting at least six hours of sleep most nights. Even when I go to bed “late” it’s never after midnight. This feels like a big step in the right direction! And yes, it’s not perfect (ideally I’d want to be asleep by 11pm every night), but I refuse to let perfect be the enemy of good.
Speaking of which, I need to head to bed. It’s almost 11:45pm, which is the latest I’ve been up in a while!
Hurrah for your wins! And thank you for all the non-computer posts. I have no idea how you managed last year but I was really surprised you took on the yearbook a second time after last spring. Shall be curious about your decision for next year. Mixed reactions but this year was a big improvement in the learning curve! Glad you can elliptical while writing again even if manually turning on comments. Is next year your eldest’s senior year in high school or will they be a junior? Senior year seems to be major stress time for parents … for good reasons. All the applications and the wait to see if/what choices need to be made. A great time of change and pressure. Hoping your summer plans for this year are smoothing out. I am looking forward to you all being able to go to the farm again this year.
Yay! One of my philosophies of life is that many problems will fix themselves if you just do nothing. Of course, that doesn’t always work with technology. But glad your blog problems are fixed, for now.
When do you finish school? Our school year is definitely winding down- another week of regular classes and then exam week. The end is in sight!
I’ve had issues like that with my blog or computers in general. Sometimes I think it’s an update in the platform or whatever. One update breaks things, a different update fixes it, whatever. Blogging on the elliptical is next level.
I hope this stretch to the end of the year is not too much. Glad to hear you’re doing better than last year. That’s always good, and shows you’re doing things right.
